Assessment information
The page temporarily uses the answers you enter to choose a result. There is no account, assessment database, or server submission in this version. Refreshing or closing the page clears the form.
Analytics
We use PostHog to understand basic site use. It may receive pageviews, referral and campaign information, link or button clicks, a random browser identifier, and a coarse assessment event containing only:
- Result category: aging-ish, clinician prompt, or emergency
- Age bucket rather than exact age
- Duration category, trend, and daily-life impact selection
- The count of emergency boxes selected, not which boxes
Raw symptom text, the selected symptom category, exact age, and a combined copy of the assessment are not included in the assessment analytics event. Session recording and automatic element capture are disabled.
Preventive tools
The men’s preventive tools also run entirely in your browser. Your exact age, smoking history, pack-years, years since quitting, family history, symptoms, insurance selections, prior screening answers, and scan interests are not sent to PostHog.
When a preventive tool produces a result, analytics may receive only the tool name and broad result category, such as “guideline-backed,” “discuss,” “verify,” or “elective-uncertain.” It does not receive the answers used to produce that category.
Sharing a result
A shared result never includes your symptom text or exact age. It contains only the broad result headline and a link to this site. If you choose to share, your browser or selected sharing service handles that generic message under its own privacy practices.
Third-party destinations
Official-source links open sites operated by organizations such as MedlinePlus, the National Cancer Institute, the American Cancer Society, and USPSTF. Their privacy practices apply once you leave this site. Phone links may open your device’s calling application.
